Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.
Pack Securely
Place the item in its original product packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our New York warehouse using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
